Leadership training

When you need to change traits in your character in your capacity as a manager and leader, when you are about to embark on the next phase of your career, or when you need to develop your leadership tools, at these times coaching is the alternative for you.

Executive coaching and leadership training are often provided on a one-to-one basis, but can also be provided in a group. In one-to-one sessions the focus lies entirely on you and your actual development needs in your role as an executive. In group sessions you work with the leadership needs the group has in common.

When you meet your coach/tutor you are given the possibility to reflect over your role as a leader and your strategic leadership. You will analyse the consequences of different actions and behaviour, you will receive feedback and you will be given advice and support to see alternative approaches in your leadership style. Between meetings you will be given homework to apply at the following meeting. Through coaching you will gain a more in-depth understanding of your leadership style, and new knowledge and tools to integrate into your role as a leader.
