Individual Assessment
The more pieces of the jigsaw puzzle that can be assembled in a person's leadership profile, the greater the probability of making the right choice. As regards internal or external candidates to an executive position you and your company gain access to that extra piece of the jigsaw puzzle that describes a person's characteristics and behaviour in various leadership situations.
An assessment leads to a description of how a candidate's profile corresponds with the requirements profile your company has drawn up for the position.
In an individual assessment the candidate has to take a number of tests which must be analysed and interpreted by a registered psychologist. After the tests, the hypotheses emanating from the results are tested through an in-depth interview with the candidate. The candidate will receive feedback on the results of the tests. After processing the tests and the in-depth interview, a prognosis is determined regarding the candidate's potential to take up the position in question.
You and your company will receive a comparison between the candidate's profile and the requirements you have drawn up for the position.
An individual assessment is always accompanied with an ethical approach and principles of privacy.
